A smarter, cleaner way to weld.
A smooth control wheel drives a focused, distraction-free interface. Select the material stack, change arms, review weld data or export a job — clear production visibility from across the bay.

A fully integrated, production-ready resistance spot welder: 14,500 A of controlled current for HSS, UHSS and Boron, a 27.3-lb liquid-cooled transformer gun that floats on a motorized boom, and an automatic mode that reads the stack and sets itself. Imported, supported and trained by CRTE.

The integrated transformer gun puts full power at the electrodes in a compact, ultra-balanced body. An adjustable counterbalance on the motorized boom carries the 27.3 pounds for you, so the gun moves with near-weightless control across the whole working range, holds position without drifting, and rotates a full 360° for pillars, rails and rockers alike.

Automation and ergonomics take the guesswork and the heavy lifting out of structural repair.

A smooth control wheel drives a focused, distraction-free interface. Select the material stack, change arms, review weld data or export a job — clear production visibility from across the bay.

The system detects the stack and applies optimal settings, then keeps watching — air pressure, electrode condition and incoming power are monitored and corrected in real time, weld after weld, with no manual calibration.

Motorized height adjustment adapts to any vehicle in seconds; the 55-inch reach and 19.7-ft liquid-cooled cable carry the gun around the whole car. The 90° folding arm tucks the machine away in a tight shop.

A next-generation processor detects the material stack and sets current, force and time in real time. Body Protection Technology guards the vehicle; the spot counter guards your electrode caps.
Every weld is logged. Export the job to USB for the estimate file, the insurer or the OEM audit.
A true three-phase squeeze-type resistance spot welder needs conditioned power. Running one from a single-phase service takes the right conversion equipment, sized and installed correctly. CRTE has proven solutions for exactly this situation and has put Genius-class machines into single-phase shops across the region.
